2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cucumber, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1/2 sweet pepper, 1/4 inch dice
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/4 cup toasted almonds (or other nuts)
Your favorite vinaigrette
Parmesan for topping
