Jerk-style Rub

Use this with stir fried or baked vegetables, pork, chicken, even fish. 

Prep time:  5 minutes
Yield:  about 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS
1 TB ground ginger
1 tsp. ground paprika
1 tsp. ground garlic
1/2 tsp. ground cayenne
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

DIRECTIONS
Mix well and store in a sealed jar with your other spices.
